The problem it answers
Property developers sell large projects from static renders and PDF floor plans. Building a custom interactive sales experience takes months of agency work per project, and the buyer data ends up scattered across portals and agents.
What we built
RegalScene turns a developer's existing assets, master plans, renders, and floor plans, into an interactive 3D sales gallery: a building explorer with live unit availability, comparison tools, and lead capture that records which units a buyer explored. The same experience embeds across agency sites and portals, with the developer staying the single source of truth for content and availability.
The hard parts
Making "hours, not months" true. The pipeline from raw renders to a navigable gallery had to work without a 3D artist in the loop, and the embed had to behave inside websites we do not control. Buyer journey tracking also had to be useful without being creepy: aggregate demand signals, not surveillance.
